Easy Returns & Repairs
If you encounter a problem, simply contact us. We’ll arrange a return label and courier pickup from your location. Once the item arrives at our Auckland facility, we’ll test it:

• No fault found? You’ll cover return shipping costs.
  
• Fault found? We’ll repair or replace your product and cover courier expenses both ways.
