We make shipping simple, fast and fully tracked VIC & NSW-wide.
Whether you're in Melbourne, Sydney or a rural area, every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our Phillip Island warehouse in Victoria and delivered right to your door in discreet, unbranded packaging.
🧺 Delivery Cost
We cover delivery costs for all orders exceeding $499, regardless of your location within VIC & NSW.
A flat $15 shipping fee is applied to all orders under this amount.
⌚ Order Cutoff & Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 10:00 AM AEST on business days are typically dispatched same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM or over the weekend/public holidays will leave our warehouse on the next business day.
đźšš Estimated Delivery Times
We work with trusted courier partners like Australia Post, Aramex, and Sendle to get your gear to you quickly:

During peak sale periods or public holidays, please allow extra time for transit.
📦 Multiple Package Shipments
Some large or multi-item orders may be packed in separate boxes. Each box will have its own tracking number, and may arrive at different times depending on the courier’s route. Don’t worry — you’ll receive tracking updates for each item.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS within 24 hours.
You can follow your delivery status in real time and contact us if you have any questions.
