Refunds & Returns


We understand that sometimes things go wrong or a product may not be quite right. At Herbal House Australia, we aim to make the returns process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A major failure includes situations where a product:

1. Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you'd known

2. Is unsafe

3. Is significantly different from the description or sample

4. Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for — and the issue can’t be fixed easily

If the problem is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable timeframe.

What to Do If You Experience an Issue

If you believe a product is faulty or has arrived damaged, please get in touch with us directly:

In some cases, we may need to send the product to the manufacturer for assessment. If the fault is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your item in accordance with your rights.

Important: If the product is found to be undamaged or the fault is caused by misuse or improper installation, we may decline the request for refund or replacement.

7-Day Change-of-Mind Returns (Goodwill Policy)

As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a 7-day return window for change-of-mind returns, subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • restocking fee may apply
  • store credit only
