🛡️ 5-Year Warranty Included

Every physical product purchased from Herbal House Australia includes a 5-year warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and applies to all eligible items purchased through our website.


🔧 What’s Covered?

This standard warranty includes:

  • Repair of faulty components

  • Replacement of irreparable items (major faults only)

  • Return courier costs (if a fault is confirmed)

Herbal House will determine whether the fault is minor (repairable) or major (replacement required) after inspection. All faulty goods must be returned to our service facility for assessment.


⏱️ Warranty Duration

The warranty lasts for 2 years (730 days) from the date of delivery, as confirmed by tracking information from our courier partners.


📦 How to Lodge a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at support@herbal-house.com.au with your order number, photos, and a description of the fault.

  2. We'll issue a pre-paid return label and arrange pickup from your location (or you can drop the item at your local post office).

  3. Once received, our team will test and diagnose the issue.

  • ✅ If a fault is confirmed, we’ll repair or replace the item and cover courier costs both ways.

  • ❌ If no fault is found or the issue is due to misuse, you may be charged for shipping and return freight.


🌱 Need to Keep Growing?

We understand some gear is mission-critical for your grow cycle. If you can't return the faulty item immediately because you're mid-grow, we offer a bonded loaner service:

  • You pay a refundable bond equal to the item’s value.

  • We send you a temporary replacement so your grow continues uninterrupted.

  • Once we receive and repair or replace your faulty item and get the loaner back, we’ll refund your full bond — no hassles.

Note: Due to past theft and loss, we cannot send replacements or loan units without first receiving either the faulty item or the bond.
