When’s It Getting Sent?

We usually pack and send orders the next morning after you’ve ordered — once the crew’s boxed it up and the courier’s swung by to grab it.

Need it super quick or want to tee up a same-day pickup? Give us a buzz or flick us an email — we’ll do what we can to get it moving faster.

We’re usually pretty on to it, but fair warning — delays can happen during peak seasons, public holidays, or when the couriers are slammed.

Delivery Timeframes (from our Vic warehouse):

  Rural : Might take an extra day or two
